SUAU gin is a London Dry Gin made in London. The recipe is based on a formulation we used 50 years ago in our Bodegas, and it has been enhanced to achieve a premium quality. Only top quality ingredients are used: lemon and orange peel, bitter almond, coriander, orris root, angelica root from Belgium, liquorice root and of course juniper berries. Using our new method we have increased the amount of distillations from two to four in British copper stills.
The result is a product with a smooth and harmonious aroma, which in mouth, after a small alcoholic impact due its 43 degrees, opens its Majorcan heart, revealing well-balanced citric hints in a silky texture.
