Matias Iriarte, Suau’s Brand Ambassador, gave us some tips on how to prepare a good Suau Gin and Tonic. In order to get the best of our Premium Majorcan Gin he proposed to use some of it’s same botanics to emphasise them. We will need oranges (ideally from Soller) local rosemary, tonic water, ice, and Suau’s Gin. First of all pour some gin into your balloon cup, then add a piece of orange peel and let it macerate for at least 10 seconds, after that include the ice and the tonic water, and to conclude add a little branch of rosemary on the top, never under the mix, for the aroma.
