Les bonbons Suau
One of many unique properties of chocolate is its ability to lift the spirits. In addition to preventing cardiovascular disease, reducing inflammation, and improving cognitive function, chocolate simply makes us feel good.
At Suau, we believe the best way to demonstrate this is through experience.
That's why we asked Ariadna Salvador of Ninumá to create a chocolate bonbon to pair with each of our products. The result is a delightful and delicate experience that perfectly complements our spirits.
Our goal was not to create a chocolate bite that would replace a sip of Suau Brandy, Maior Gin, Ron Jungla, or Vermouth El Mallorquín. Instead, we wanted to create a bonbon that would enhance and multiply the flavors of each spirit. Ariadna has undoubtedly achieved this goal.
The combination of ingredients, textures, aromas, and sensations created by these bonbons is the perfect finishing touch to our spirits.
The purely artisanal maceration processes used to create our spirits result in a quality that is born out of time, patience, and the unique microclimate in our underground cellar.
In detail:
MAIOR GIN
Shell: white chocolate, white and blue colour. Filling: rosemary and orange ganache, fig gel.
VERMOUTH EL MALLORQUÍN
Shell: milk, dark, ruby and white chocolate. Filling: apricot gel and nut praline.
BRANDY SUAU
Shell: 80% chocolate casing with gold Filling: oak ganache, creamy vanilla, peta zetas
RON JUNGLA
Shell: 85% chocolate shell Filling: salted caramel, peanut and banana creamy
