S´Or in Mallorcan means ‘gold', it is the most rare and exclusive product we make. It is elaborated with the blend of our oldest brandies, left static since 1967, and then aged in old sherry casks in order to create a perfect balance. The brandy mother of this solera and static style of brandy originated its ageing process in 1917. We bottle a maximum of 30 bottles per year on demand.
